View The Vibe - Tastemaker

A few weeks ago I was contacted by a new website called View The Vibe to do a little interview piece about me and some of my favourite makeup products and trends for the upcoming season.  I always love to do these interview pieces and I'm still flattered and shocked to be honest when anyone actually reaches out to me and even cares to know my opinion on things...I'm not being modest here I'm dead serious lol!

So anyway here's the interview here if you want to check it out.  I think my fav. part might be that they refer to me as a "bodacious brunette" lol.

Also check the site out if you're looking for restaurant reviews, spa guides and all sorts of upcoming events happening in the always eclectic and busy city that is Toronto.

I think one of my fav. parts of the site is that you can search for restaurant suggestions depending on the people you're going with, taste you're craving or vibe you're feeling...cool way to search.  

CountDown Events #FF Interview

I was recently contacted by the very cool blog CountDown Events to do a little interview about me for their weekly #FF Feature.  I have no idea how they found out about me but I was so flattered they would be interested enough to want to do a feature on me in the first place lol!  It's a really cool little concept where they interview artists and fashion ppl and then do little write ups about them w/ their answers and some pics of their work or them out at events...not really sure my answers are "cool" enough for something like that lol.  Literally, I usually try not to edit myself and just write the first thing that comes to my mind...I do it for this blog to btw ;)

I know it sounds weird or like I'm being overly humble or something but seriously anytime anyone wants to do a feature on me, includes me in their blog list or just emails me to say how much they love my work and that I'm an inspiration it makes me feel all warm & fuzzy inside lol.

Listed...Again...and Again - Another Update!

So my blog made another Top Makeup Artist Blog List!  I know it's not really that big of a deal but I still think it's pretty cool when I make ANY sort of list lol.  Plus there are some really cool makeup artists and blogs on the list that I admire a lot so I'm happy to be in such great company :)

Btw I'll also be doing an interview and little photo shoot for this little website in early Feb.  I'll give more details once it comes out and I do the shoot/interview.  Really trying to get my name out there and every little bit helps!

No idea how this list was made or if it means anything but apparently I'm also the #24 Most Influential Makeup Artist on Twitter lol!?!
